Off day from the gym.
Slept in and sorta kinda skipped breakfast. Just had a coffee with the "so delicious" coconut creamer. Pretty good I must say. Had an early-ish lunch at Saladworks at Monmouth Mall before the 1pm movie (we saw "Silver Lining Playbook").
Came home and made a brisket chili (keeping it Paleo real...meaning bean-less). It took a few hours to cook, so dinner (for me) was chicken and veggies. Al had a sub from Mike's.
We did sample the chili...I ate two bowls. Was kinda hungry again. The chili is very spicy, but it works for me (although I'd cut down on the cayenne next time around)
All in all I think I did pretty well this week. It's not bad really, and with the two cheat meal allotment, it's actually very doable.
The plan this week is to get in some variety, and incorporate some seafood. I'm not a big fish person, but I enjoy haddock and may do that a meal or two this week.
Grade for day: B+
