Week #3 now underway. Enjoyed the two cheat meals this weekend, but now it's back to the Paleo spirit. It'll be Sunday before I do another cheat meal, but well be worth the wait.
Had scrambled eggs and grapes this morning...yum! Did a salad from the Shop Rite for lunch. Their salad bar is pretty good. And more reasonable than Saladworks!
Tonight's workout was a cardio blast. We had to pick two apparatuses to do...mine was the rower...and the AirDyne bike. The AirDyne bike is pretty...damn...tough. The legs are really feeling it.
Took the brother out for his birthday...Applebees. I kept it Paleo-friendly (of course)...and did the Bourbon chicken/shrimp...omitting any butter-related sauces and subbing onions and shrooms for the potato products.
All in all a good day.
