Did much better today with the diet. Woke up very tired this morning however, and did not feel well. I suppose that was my penance from last night's fall from grace. As the day wore on I felt better.
Had a hunk-o-fritatta for breakfast. A kind of Mexican chicken stew-ish thing (this recipe was posted in the gym's FB group) for lunch. Dinner was salad with non-marinated grilled chicken at an Irish pub. For snackage - had apple slices, cashews, and some grape tomatoes.
Today was a skip day from the gym. Probably for the best since I was quite tired today. I normally skip one day during the week and on Sunday, so no harm, no foul.
I'm thinking haddock for dinner tomorrow.
