Forgot to write my daily status last. But, better late than never.
Did okay yesterday, but still had the hunger issues last night. Had scallops and peas last night for dinner. Then snacked on cashews. Went to bed feeling kind of full.
This morning though, I weighed in. The scale read me as 221, meaning a 3 lb drop this week. Not sure whether its accurate, but my pants feel more loose. Hmm.
I did pretty well for last nights workout. Did windmills and double-snatches for the first time. Tough...the double snatches are challenging, but kinda fun. As far as the windmills, I thought I'd be feeling it more than I am right now, but I'm not feeling any discomfort or pain. Did I do them right??
