Today saw a day off from Paleoville. Need to get back on track on Monday. I'll stick to the plan for breakfast and lunch tomorrow, but I think we're going to check out Porta in Asbury Park for dinner tomorrow evening.
Did the challenge workout this morning. I wasn't overly thrilled by my completion time, but the important thing was finishing the workout. It went like this:
10 sets, descending ladder starting with 10 reps and working down to 1 rep for the last set. The exercises were:
