Thirty days into the challenge now. Pretty much adapted to eating this way. Feeling pretty good also, and the workouts continue to improve.
I'm not sure if my bathroom scale is awry, but I saw an uptick in the weight this morning. Not sure what that's about, but I'll weigh myself again on Thursday morning. Not back to where I was by any means but need to stay on course.

- Breakfast: 2 HB eggs and coffee
- Lunch: Salad from ShopRite, with basically the same stuff as yesterday, except did grilled chicken instead of turkey
- Snack: Grapes, almonds, cashews
- Dinner: Broiled chicken with veggies
