Well, just wrapped up cheat meal número dos per la settimana. And it's back to business immediamente! Feel kinda full now, but enjoyed the grub and should be ready to take on the 7-day-stretch before The Superbowl Cheat Day.
All in all did good this week. Performance at the gym could have been a tad better a couple days, but I'm looking forward to rocking it out tomorrow afternoon. I'll be well-rested by then and should do okay.
We did take a nice walk today, and I stuck to The Paleo Way for breakfast and lunch. Tonight's cheat was good ole home cookin' with friends...pot roast, mashed potatoes, carrots, green beans, and biscuits...and amaretto cheesecake. Again, didn't overindulge but enjoyed myself.
Ready now to take on Week #3 of the adventure.
