Overslept today, but managed to have a Paleo-friendly breakfast consisting of scrambled eggs (3) with chorizo, and homemade applesauce.
Lunch - "Big-Assed Salad Version 2" from Saladworks (again). What can I say…it's Paleo and I love it!
Skip day from the gym. Looking forward to a good strength training tomorrow.
Brady Bunch-inspired Dinner - Pork Chops, homemade applesauce, and sautéed veggies (asian mix).
Findings - I'm thinking I need to get a little more adventurous with the cooking. I'd LOVE to get into some Thai dishes…since (I think) makes use of coconut and spices. I love, Love, LOVE Thai Curry Chicken! Is it Paleo??
Grade for day: Maybe an "A"...
